“King’s voice shudders with an emotional purity and honesty.” – Larry Flick, Billboard

Originally released in 1994 in CD format only, “Let Love Out” features Grant on acoustic guitar and lead vocals, accompanied by many musicians King met and performed with from the 1990s NYC collective Outmusic. These include Dan Martin, Tom McCormack, Laura Wetzler, Robin Burdulis, Rob Costin, Steve Sandberg, Janiece Thompson, Zenobia Conkerite, and others, including Philip Johnston of The Microscopic Sextet on sax on “Your Roses Came Today.” Four producers contributed their expertise: Dan Martin, Rob Costin, Steve Sandberg, and Phideaux Xavier. Mastered by Jon Gordon.

TV producer Mitch Gallob backed the making of Grant’s “Ghosts” for his landmark LGBT music compilation, “A Love Worth Fighting For.” Named a Critic’s Choice in Billboard.“To Hold And Be Held” has been covered by Marieann Meringelo and other artists.
